Since 2019, the Charitable Fund "International Association for Support of Ukraine" has participated in the Human Security Grant Assistance Program "KUSANONE".
This financial assistance program, proposed by the Government of Japan, is intended to meet the diverse needs of developing countries. Known as the Program "Kusanone”, it supports projects proposed by various organizations, including non-governmental organizations and local authorities. The Kusanone Program has earned a high reputation due to its flexible and prompt support of essential development projects.

Under the Kusanone Program, non-repayable financial assistance is provided to non-governmental charitable and public organizations, hospitals, primary schools, charitable organizations, and other non-profit organizations to support local community development projects.
With funds from the Kusanone Program, the Charitable Fund "International Association for Support of Ukraine" purchased and delivered high-end ultrasound diagnostic systems to the following medical institutions:
- In 2020, to the Baranivka Municipal Central District Hospital in the Zhytomyr region;
- In 2021, to the Malovyskivskyi Central District Hospital in the Kirovohrad region;
- In 2022, to the Myrnohrad Central City Hospital in the Donetsk region;
- In 2023, to the Novobuz Multidisciplinary Hospital of the Novobuz City Council in the Mykolaiv region.
